Sunpentown SU-2081 Digital Ultrasonic Humidifier with Hygrostat Sensor

This ultrasonic humidifier operates silently and safely.  Ultrasonic vibrations break apart water molecules into a fine mist which a fan gently blows into your room.

Add up to two gallons of moisture to your dry, indoor air when the SU-2081 is on its highest of ten mist settings.  A 360º adjustable mist nozzle allows you to direct the mist in the appropriate direction. A built-in color changing night light makes this ultrasonic humidifier ideal for child's room. Hygostat and temperature sensors display the current relative humidity and temperature. An LCD display and digital controls allow exact humidity and mist levels. The humidifier turns on and off automatically to maintain the desired humidity level and will turn off when the tank empties to prevent damage to the ultrasonic plate.

Please note:
Depending on your water quality, minerals such as calcium and lime may form a fine white dust in the area surrounding the unit.  If you think you may have high concentrations of these minerals in your tap water, use distilled water or consider a humidifier that is able to remove these minerals prior to misting.  The Sunpentown SU-4010 has an ION Exchange filter that accomplishes this and all of the Air-O-Swiss Ultrasonic Humidifiers we carry use a Demineralizer Cartridge to accomplish the same goal.
