the date of delivery. You may return a defective product to us for a refund or exchange.
Products returned must be complete with the original packaging in the condition in which
they were received. Customers wishing to return a defective product must contact Info@HomeAirTreatment.com to obtain a return
merchandise authorization number (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
If you would like to return a non-defective product, you
may return it to us for a partial refund within 30 days of purchase. Customers returning
non-defective products will be responsible for paying return postage, and will be charged
a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the value of the refund. Customers
wishing to return a non-defective product must contact Info@HomeAirTreatment.com to obtain a return
merchandise authorization number (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
Products returned which are not in original condition, or products returned beyond 30 days
of original receipt by the customer, or products returned unaccompanied by a valid RMA
number, will not be eligible for refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer
at the customer's expense.
